The prices indicated in our store include VAT.

In case of payment by transfer or card, the delivery period will begin counting from the day of receipt in our bank account, or at the time of receiving the bank receipt of having made the deposit via email or fax. Confirmation may be requested.
If you make a deposit or transfer to an entity equal to those indicated in the "Payment Methods" section, your order will be processed immediately. If you make a transfer from another bank or savings bank, keep in mind that it will not be effective until 48 business hours after it has been made.
Returns

Outside of the 7-day period, no refund will be made, however you can use the manufacturer's warranty.

The product is defective or has been damaged during transportation.
